A Court of Mist and Fury - Sarah J. Maas

Short summary:

After Feyre fled the Spring Court after some traumatic experiences, she stays in the Night Court, where Rhysand is the High Lord. Feyre is learning how to be a Fae, and experiencing her Fae-body and powers for the first time. During her time in the Night Court, Feyre is trying to discover what her future is and what she wants to be.

The book cover is very basic, just like the first book. However as mentioned before it fits perfectly within the series.

What I liked about this book:

Girl... the PLOTTWISTS! The plot twists were SO unexpected for me! I really did not think all of it would happen, however when a certain party did not go as planned I knew what was going to happen, hehe. The spice, the romance, the conversations, the politics, the characters, everything is chef's kiss.

What I disliked about this book:

Absolutely nothing. This book is THE perfect book for me, it is becoming my escape mechanism to escape this world for a little while. The perfect romance book with a lot of slow burn but also heavy scenes.

Overall review:

I'd recommend this to anyone who wants to DNF the first book. The first book might be tough for some people to get through, but once you're done this book really sets the standard high for any fantasy-romance books in my opinion.
