Short summary:
When Feyre kills a wolf she has a debt to pay to a High Lord Fae. Her debt is that she should stay forever in Prythian (the land of the Fae) on the other side of the wall, alone without her family and her familiar surroundings. Feyre learns the way of the Fae and maybe starts to love a Fae...

Bookcover:
My version of this book is the most boring of all the pretty fairyloot and magical book covers.
However, since it is a series and the other books fit perfectly with the others. I am in LOVE with these covers. It is very basic and it does not really represent the story, however I do like it.

What I liked about this book:
Because it is a fantasy book, I was afraid it was very hard to read. However, it was so easy to get into! I was hooked from the first page on. The characters are really well-written, it really makes you love and hate characters with your body and soul. Sarah J. Maas is an amazing writer and I totally understood the whole hype around the ACOTAR series.

What I disliked about this book:
To be honest, the only thing that I disliked was that some things were a bit predictable. For example, there is a riddle that is pretty easy to solve. And the romance trope was also very predictable.

Overall review:
5 stars. I think it is very good start to a fantasy series, the world-building is immaculate, the characters are amazingly well-written. And I could not wait to start the second book! I totally understand the ACOTAR hype.

!SPOILER ALERT!
Favorite moment:
My favorite moment is when Feyre and Tamlin were at the party where Tamlin was playing the flute. At that moment, Feyre was feeling joy and free, and that was amazing for her. Also, I feel like that was one of the first moments that Feyre trusted Tamlin and was not feeling afraid in all those weeks.
